Yes. We can develop products based on your 2D/3D CAD drawings or physical samples, including material selection, structural optimization and prototype verification.

Sure. Pre-production samples are available for confirmation. Sample cost and lead time depend on product structure and requirements.

Mold lead time generally ranges from 2–6 weeks. Mass production lead time is based on order quantity and product complexity, we will confirm the schedule before project start.

We implement full inspection during production. All parts are checked for dimensions and appearance, and we can provide inspection reports as requested.

We offer technical support for mold maintenance and product problems. If quality issues are caused by our manufacturing, we will provide corresponding solutions.
